How to open an account and launch your store

Opening a Nimeshe account takes about five minutes. You need an email address and a mobile number that can receive codes.

Step by step

1. Go to nimeshe.com/en/onboard, or click Start Free Store at the top of our website.
2. Choose your plan. You can start free and upgrade any time. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial — you don't pay on day one.
3. Enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters). You'll log in with these later.
4. Enter the 6-digit code we email you. Can't find it? Check Spam or Promotions. After a short wait you can tap Send the code again.
5. Enter your mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX) and the 6-digit code we send by SMS. New-order alerts and urgent notices go to this number.
6. Pick what your shop sells — fashion, grocery, baby shop and so on. We set up a theme that suits it; you can change it later.
7. Name your shop. The name becomes your store address (subdomain), e.g. rongdhonu.nimeshe.app, and we show right away whether it's available.
8. Click Create my shop. Your store is live at once. Use Go to admin to start setting it up.

Logging in later

• The admin panel lives at merchant.nimeshe.com/admin. The Log In button on our website takes you there.
• Log in with email + password or mobile number + password — the same password works for both.
• The first time, you'll be asked to pick the panel language (Bangla or English). Change it later with the language button at the top.

Forgot your password?

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email to get a reset link, or your mobile number to get a code by SMS.
3. Set a new password and log in with it.

FAQ

The SMS code isn't arriving. What should I do?

Check the number (11 digits, starting with 01). On a weak network it can take a minute or two. If it still doesn't come, use Change number to send it again, or message us on WhatsApp.

Can I change my shop name later?

Yes. Change the store name and tagline any time on the Branding page. Your .nimeshe.app address stays the same — for a new address, connect your own domain.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Before the period ends we send you a bill by email or SMS. Pay it and the store keeps running. More: Bills and renewal.
