This is a draft — get legal advice before finalising.
1Try it free first
Starting on nimeshe costs nothing. Before you pay for a plan, open a store on the free plan and check everything. That's why there's no separate trial.
2Monthly plans
Monthly bills are paid in advance. Once paid, that month isn't refunded. If you cancel, your store stays open until the period ends and you won't be billed the next month.
3Yearly plans
The first time you buy a yearly plan, tell us within 7 days of paying and you get the full amount back. After 7 days there's no refund, but your store stays open until the period ends. Yearly renewals don't get the 7 days.
4Changing plans
An upgrade starts today, and the unused days of your current plan come off the new bill. Moving from monthly to yearly works the same way. A downgrade starts when the current period ends; the current period isn't refunded.
5What isn't refunded
SMS credit you've bought, and payments for stores suspended or closed for breaking the rules, aren't refunded.
6When a plan runs out
We remind you by SMS or email before it ends: 7 days ahead on monthly plans, 30 days ahead on yearly. Your store stays open for 3 more days after it ends. If you don't renew by then, the store closes, but your products, orders and customer data are kept. Renew later and it opens again.
7How refunds are paid
Ask our support with your invoice number. Once a refund is approved, the money goes back within 7 working days to the method you paid with (bKash, card and so on).
8Your store's customers
What your customers pay goes straight to you, not to nimeshe. Refunding them is your responsibility, under your own store's refund policy.
