Comparing plans, upgrading and downgrading
What Free, Basic, Standard and Pro include, when to upgrade, and how the money works when you upgrade or downgrade.
Nimeshe has four plans. Each one includes everything in the plan below it, plus more.

When to upgrade
- You're close to your monthly order or product limit.
- You need bKash or your own domain → Basic.
- You run Facebook ads, or need card payments or landing pages → Standard.
- Lots of orders, you want to win back shoppers who left checkout, or you want reviews → Pro.
How to upgrade
- In your admin, open Plan & Upgrade.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly at the top.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want. The amount to pay is shown clearly.
- Pay with bKash, card or another online method.
- Once paid, the new plan starts immediately.
How the money works
- Upgrade: the new plan starts today. The value of the days left on your current plan (Unused days) is taken off the new bill, so nothing is wasted.
- Downgrade: the smaller plan starts when your current period ends. You keep everything you have until then.
- Monthly to yearly: Switch to yearly on the same plan gives you a yearly bill minus the unused days.
FAQ
Can I move from a paid plan to Free?
Yes, but not from the panel — open a support ticket and we'll switch you to Free when your current period ends. Note that with more than 15 products on Free, you can't add new ones.
Do I pay for a full month if I upgrade mid-month?
No. The unused days of your old plan are deducted; you only pay the difference.
