Nimeshe never holds your customers' money. Every online payment goes to your own merchant account — your bKash merchant account for bKash, your SSLCommerz store for cards. So you first open your own account and then enter its details in Nimeshe.

Cash on delivery✓✓✓✓
bKash (your own merchant)—✓✓✓
Cards and banking (SSLCommerz)——✓✓
bKash/Nagad/Rocket (UddoktaPay)——✓✓

What you need for each

  • bKash: a bKash merchant account with bKash's payment gateway (Tokenized Checkout) API — App Key, App Secret, Username, Password. How: Turning on bKash payments.
  • SSLCommerz: an SSLCommerz merchant store — Store ID and Store Password. Customers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, internet banking and mobile banking.
  • UddoktaPay: your UddoktaPay panel's API URL (e.g. https://yourpanel.uddoktapay.com) and API Key. It takes bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

How to turn one on

  1. Open Payment Gateways from the menu.
  2. Turn On the switch next to the one you want. Its detail fields open below.
  3. Enter the details, save, and use Test Connection to check them. The top of the page lists what customers see at checkout now.
  4. Place a small test order in your store and check that the payment page opens.

How online-paid orders look

  • When the customer finishes paying, the order says paid. bKash orders also show the TrxID, which you can match in the bKash merchant app.
  • If the customer leaves the payment page, the order stays, marked as not paid. Call them to switch to COD, or cancel it.
  • Fully paid orders are booked with the courier with COD 0.

FAQ

Does Nimeshe take a commission on payments?

No. Nimeshe only charges your plan fee. bKash, SSLCommerz or UddoktaPay charge their own fees under your agreement with them.

Can I use a personal bKash number?

Automatic bKash payments need a bKash merchant account with the gateway API. To collect to a personal number, you can use a service like UddoktaPay (from the Standard plan).
